This is my new web site: www.ricknorlock.ca The new format has been designed to provide you with quick and easy access to all the information you are looking for and to give you fast updates on what your member of parliament has been doing since I was first elected. Let me give you a quick guided tour of the site. The pages listed below can all be found under the heading of every page and can quickly be accessed by simply clicking on the name.

The first page is my HOME PAGE and on this page you will find the latest news and an opinion poll so you can tell me what you’re thinking. The page also includes excerpts from some of my speeches in the House of Commons and excerpts from important media releases you may not have seen.

The second page, ABOUT RICK, tells you a little about my family and me. The third page, IN THE RIDING, includes a map of Northumberland Quinte West and lists the municipalities, and provides links to the web sites of the towns in the Riding. Sub menu items take you to photos of events in the riding as well as Constituent Services which shows you many of the services that are offered to anyone in the Riding including such things as: passport applications, Canadian citizenship, student loans, social insurance information, Canadian Pension Plan and Old Age Security Benefits, and more. If you have a specific question this is the page that will direct you to the answer.

The fourth Page, that is listed at the very top of the page, is ON THE HILL. Here you can get videos my speeches in the House of Commons and the text of speeches made elsewhere. Sub menus give details of work I do in Ottawa in committees.

The fifth page, FOR THE MEDIA, is intended to give the media (and others) access to all my Press Releases. Some of the information here, although sent to your local media outlet, may not be common knowledge. The sixth page, CONTACT, shows you all the ways you can contact my staff, or myself, directly through email, telephone, or mail. Sub-menus access useful links to Federal Government Departments and copies of the monthly email updates.
